Formation
These Terms governing the SPRINTLABS ecosystem (the "System") constitute a binding protocol between the Operator and the Client. Usage of the System implies full adherence to these parameters.

- [#]Modification of protocol requires mutual cryptographic or written consent.
02_INTELLECTUAL_ASSETS
Upon final block confirmation (payment clearing), all custom assets forged during the sprint period transfer to Client ownership. SPRINTLABS retains rights to core underlying libraries and proprietary methodologies.
